What counselling approach do you use?
What will be discussed in sessions?
  • I use a person-centred, client led approach. Whatever you bring to sessions we can discuss.
Is everything I say confidential?
  • Yes, everything you say is confidential unless I feel that you are at risk from harm to yourself or others. If I feel I need to take any information further because of this, I will speak to you first.
  • I follow the NCPS code of conduct which can be found HERE.
How long are sessions?
  • 50 minutes. They start on the hour.
How much do sessions cost?
  • Individual counselling sessions are £50 for 50 minutes
  • I do offer a limited amount of discounted session for those on
    disability and carers benefit. Please do get in touch to learn more
  • For couples therapy, group work, guest speaker and advisory board roles please do contact me with your individual
    requirements
  • There is no VAT
When do I have to pay?
  • You will be sent an invoice before your session. Please pay before the session starts.
Where do the sessions take place?
  • Online.
  • You will be sent a secure Zoom link before the session starts via email

What qualifications does the therapist have?
  • I have a level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
  • I have a 2:1 degree in Psychology from Southampton University
  • I undergo 30+ hrs of CPD every year in line with the NCPS ethical guidelines to keep up with current theories, methodologies and practices.

  • Yes I have professional insurance with Towergate. Please ask me if you would like more details.
