Work With Me

Discover the different ways we can work together, whether you’re seeking personal support, professional insight, or collaboration to promote wellbeing and awareness.

Individual Counselling

I offer online counselling sessions for adults seeking a safe and supportive space to explore challenges, improve emotional wellbeing, and navigate life’s complexities. My approach is integrative and person-centred, grounded in compassion and genuine connection.

Keynote Speaking & Advisory Work

I’m available for keynote presentations, panel discussions, and advisory board roles. I bring both lived and professional experience in rare disease advocacy and mental health, offering insight into the emotional realities behind healthcare systems and the importance of psychological support and understanding.

Rare Disease & Advocacy

Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I’m the Manager of PTENUKI,  a UK charity supporting individuals and families affected by PTEN Hamartoma Tumour Syndrome. My work in this space combines advocacy, education, and emotional support, helping people feel seen, understood, and empowered. I’m deeply committed to raising awareness of rare diseases and promoting wellbeing within these communities.

Group Support Facilitation

I offer mental health-focused group support for rare disease charities and organisations. These sessions provide a safe, supportive space for participants to share experiences, build emotional resilience, and connect with others facing similar challenges. The aim is to foster understanding, coping strategies, and a sense of community.
